This is one of my most favorite times of the year. Halloween. It's spooky, it's fun, hell it's a time when grown ups get to play dress up and make believe again and it's socially acceptable...lol
I have my costume all ready. I got this great black top. It's low cut, slightly ruffled very pretty. I have my acrylic fangs that snap in and snap out off my canines and......I have blood red contact lenses to wear. Dressing up as a vampire this year is going to be so much fun. I already have my make up planned out for how I want to wear it as well.
Cheyenne has opted to go as Rosalie. For all you people out there that have not read the Twilight novels yet...first of all GO READ THEM....secondly, Rosalie is a blonde beautiful vampire that sparkles in the sunlight and has honey colored eyes. Cheyenne has her honey colored contacts, which I have to say are a little eerie to look at when she has them in as her real eye color is a greenish blue. She has the long blonde hair and I already know how it's going to be styled. The make will be no problem....I seem to be the designated make up artist for the group this year, which is great because I love doing other peoples make up.
Nick, well Nick has yet to decide what he wants to be. He was going to go as Edward, another Twilight vampire. But he can't wear the contacts and there really isn't anything special about dressing up like Edward except for maybe some mousse in his hair. So he's going to go pick out a costume here soon. In true boy fashion he seems to be leading towards gross and bloody, however he did see a 1920's gangster outfit that he liked today so who knows.
I will be sure to post pics of the finals products after Halloween. I'm so excited only 20 more days to go.

We were out numbered

Well today was pretty fun all in all. My household has been down since Tuesday sick. Chey missed Tues and Wed, Nick was out from Wed thru the end of the week. I was pretty much down all week, partly because of having my cyst removed and partly because of getting this cold. Which I pissed about because they gave me a damn flu shot in the hospital.
There are still some sniffles and coughs but all in all we are all feeling a bit better. Save for Will who is just now getting hit with it and hit hard. Poor guy. So we decided to get out of the house for a bit.
Sean and Genna had all of his kids over along with Genna's niece and nephew. So the kids and I took off to their house. All the kids played. Sean took off with his three kids for a bit to see his other son, and when they got back we all loaded up in two vehicles and headed off for the Pumpkin Patch.
Let me first say, I think it's time that I put away the flip flops and put on some real shoes. 32 degrees was the HIGH. There were a few pumpkins uncovered when we got up there, but the rest were all under tarps. And the prices, WOW. A little steep to say the least. So we decided to let all of the kids, all 7 f them run loose and find the biggest one there. Of course no one could agree so in the end Sean decided.
We loaded back up into the cars and headed to Walmart so everyone could pick out one of their very own pumpkins because face it, you can't beat Walmart prices...lol The kids headed for the Halloween section, Genna looked at pants and Sean was walking with me to get some chap stick and cough drops. We wandered down the isle to the costumes and all those precious little angles all jumped out at me wearing....clown masks. Evil clown masks. I had just finished a coughing fit or I swear to god I would have screamed. But I sure did jump back pretty damned fast. Anyone who knows me knows I HATE clowns, hate them with a passion. Come to find out Sean and Genna were in on this whole little ambush. Gotta love your smart ass friends.
After a bit pumpkins were chosen and we headed back to the house. The kids congregated downstairs while we chilled up top. Genna melted the caramel and we got the apples ready with the sticks for dipping. Now, we have 7 kids, a small dining room table and a hot pot of melted caramel. All the makings for a disaster. So we decided that we would let the kids come in one at a time and let them dip their apple and then Genna and I would finished the rest. It worked great. No one got burned or hit with hot caramel, well except for Genna. I was safely on the other side of the table taking pictures...lol
Peter came over bringing another little kid to add to the mix. The guy really is a Saint, always looking out for everyone else. Due to an oven....ah....mishap, the lasagna that had been cooking for an hour an a half was still cold. So while the problem was fixed and dinner was on it's way to being done, Peter and I headed out to take his little friend back to his dad and stop at the store for some wine, champagne, Sunny D and push up pops...hell of a grocery list I know.
We got back in time for all the kids to have eaten so Genna, Peter and myself all sat at the table and some lasagna and mimosa's. All the kids are staying the night at Sean and Genna's....suckers...lol So I headed home and was going to bed but decided to watch reruns of Grey's Anatomy instead and work on some blankets that have been up in my closet.
Tomorrow Genna and I are doing an improv Thanksgiving. A little early, but some of us won't be here for Thanksgiving this year. I'm headed to Cali and Peter is headed to N Carolina. So it will be fun.
But truthfully, I want to know how we're going to pull off all 7 kids again next weekend to carve pumpkins. 7 kids, knives, carving utensils, pumpkin guts......needless to say I'm a little worried. I'll be sure to let you know how it goes...lol

First Day Back
0 comments 9:00 PM Posted by CrzytoothfairyLabels: kids, school, sports
Well the kids got all dressed and headed off for their first day back this morning. Cheyenne is now in the 7th grade. She got her locker and schedule for the year. She's so excited. They get to dissect stuff in Science this year. And the sports, man the sports. We made an agreement that as long as she kept her grades up she could be in sports this year. There are not alot of sports opened up for 6th graders so she was really looking forward to being in 7th. This month is soccer, starts in two weeks. Basketball starts in October, we get a little break from November til January, then Volleyball starts up. And finally, track starts in April. And of course, she's in choir this year too, so proud. So this is the beginning of what I think is going to be a very busy next 6 years...lol
Nick is in the 3rd grade this year. I told him that this when school really starts for him, he'll have homework and everything. He wasn't too keen on that. One of Cheyenne's teachers this year sent home her expectations and said that homework was a privilege. I'm going to go with NOT. It's a time consuming pain in the ass, but necessary lol. Being in elementary they do not offer sports. So he will be starting soccer this month through the YMCA. Do not ask me how I'm going to balance, two practices, two games and two jobs. I haven't figured it out yet...lol But I will.

Has it really been 3 months
0 comments 12:37 PM Posted by CrzytoothfairyLabels: family, kids, road trips, school
I am planning to go to Great Falls this weekend and my sister and I were talking about it yesterday, I haven't been home to see the family since May! Since that time my one sister moved out of her apartment and into her boyfriends house, I never even saw her apartment. My other sister finished building her home and moved into it, my parents bought a new vehicle. And my nephew started school. Three measly months and SO much happened.
So Friday night a bunch of us will be going out to celebrate my birthday. A few days early, but oh well...lol Then we can visit with everyone Saturday and Sunday. Sunday won't be an all day thing because school starts Monday. So I want to be home by six so I can get back packs together, showers and clothes for the first day lined out.
I'll have to make sure there's not so much time between visits next time. I'm having serious daddy withdrawls....lol

Babies are Back

Well I have to say that three weeks was about two weeks too long. But I am glad that my kids were able to have a little vacation.
Cheyenne got to visit with her dad. She was able to visit all his family and was able to get some school clothes shopping done.
Nick had a blast with Auty, fairs, movies, camping.
I went down to Utah Thursday afternoon and went to Brian's house, Chey was ready to load up the car when I got there. I had to explain to her that we were spending the night at her dads house and not leaving until the next afternoon. lol Friday morning we got up and I took her into Ogden to get her shots for 7th grade. Then we went back to her dads and loaded up the car, we visited for a bit then headed out. We had time before rush hour traffic so I took Chey to lunch at the Olive Garden in Layton. It was nice, just a little mother/daughter lunch. I told her my mom and I use to do this all the time. After lunch we jumped in the car and headed to Orem.
I wasn't sure what everyone's work schedules were, but we were able to get into Sheli's house and rest. About ten minutes after we got there her husband got home, then Kenneth came home from school and Sheli got off work early. Sheli and I went to pick up the youngest boys from daycare.
Saturday we did a little shopping, Burlington was pretty well picked over but I did find Chey a nice sweater. Then we headed off to Costco, (love that store), got some stuff for dinner and some snacks.
We got back to Sheli's and I made kabobs for everyone for dinner, Sheli cooked fish and corn on the cob, it was a feast! So delicious. After dinner I started watching the clock like a Hawk. I knew Auty had gotten a late start because of her husbands boss but I had missed my boy. Finally about 11:30 I saw the headlights. I came out of the house and was at the car as Nick was getting out. I just hugged him and held him for a bit. I swear he had grown just in the three weeks he was gone...lol
The kids played and the adults visited in the kitchen. I got to see my niece who is now 15 months old, I hadn't seen her since she was three days old. She wasn't too sure what to think about everything....lol
Sunday everyone got up and got showered, Ricky and LynLee headed off to Ricks family's place and Sheli, Auty and I took Chey and Garrett shopping with us. Nick wanted to stay at home with his cousins and Uncle. We went to Target and the Albertsons for stuff for dinner. I got the kids each a pair of jeans, Sheli got Nick a pair of jeans and Chey a new top, Auty got them socks and underwear.
We went back to Sheli's had a delicious Spaghetti dinner. We went outside and took a bunch of pictures of the kids, families and of us girls. About 8 pm the kids and I said our goodbyes and headed out. Only made a few stops, once for gas and once because I had drank a 44 oz Pepsi at the gas stop and really had to pee...lol
We got home about 4:30 am, I got the kids right in to bed, I laid down on the couch and passed out a little after 5, woke up at 8:30 and went to work. Monday I was sooo tired, but it was so nice to go home and to hear the kids in the house. I really missed them.
We get to have a relaxing week together, then head to Great Falls this weekend for my birthday. And next Monday school starts! Nick will be going into 3rd and Chey into 7th. Geez, they grow up so fast!

Really? Wow!

You have no friends, not because you choose not to have any, but because you shit on people for the sake of a poor excuse for a human being. And you lie to all of us, you make us look like fools for defending you and standing up for you. That is why you have no friends. Ever since this person entered your life YEARS ago, you have been nothing but deceptive and a liar. I'm not sure how you think it's alright to continuously lie to the one person that has never left your side and stood by you through a lot of crap. But you have made it abundantly clear that you want no friends, so be it.
